Let’s talk

Booking systems

Charter bookings, straight from your website.

A booking page where guests choose the yacht, the week and the route, see the real price and hold it, without a single email. Built for charter companies.

The problem

Guests want to book. Most charter sites make them wait.

The guest is excited tonight, with their friends, on their phone. If all they find is a form and a PDF, the excitement goes to whoever makes it easy.

  1. 01

    “Send us an enquiry.”

No prices and no availability, just a form and a wait.

  2. 02

    Prices in a PDF.

Weekly rates in one file, availability in an email, extras in another.

  3. 03

    Days of back and forth.

By the time you reply with options, they’ve booked with someone who answered faster.

  4. 04

    Nothing to picture.

The route, the food and the crew live in someone’s head, not on the page.

  5. 05

    One person pays for everyone.

The group stalls while friends work out who owes what.

  6. 06

    Calendars out of date.

Availability lives in three places, and one of them is always wrong.

We fix all six, with a booking page guests enjoy using.

Try an example

A booking system like this, built for your fleet.

Open it and plan a real week: pick a yacht, compare, choose your week on the price curve, plan the route on the chart, tell the chef what you like, add extras, split the bill and hold the yacht.

Example onlyThis is a demo, not a finished product. Yours is built around your own fleet, prices and routes.

What’s inside

Everything guests need to book, on one page.

Each part replaces an email, a PDF or a phone call.

  • 01

    Availability and prices

Every yacht and every week, with the real price. Guests see what’s free without having to ask.

  • 02

    Fleet and compare

Guests filter by dates, group size and budget, then compare two or three yachts side by side.

  • 03

    Route planner

Guests choose a route on the map and see where they stop each day and how long they sail.

  • 04

    Chef’s table

Guests tell the chef what they like before they arrive: diets, allergies, favourite wines. It goes straight to the crew.

  • 05

    Extras

Water toys, transfers, a birthday cake. Guests add what they want and the price updates as they go.

  • 06

Split the bill, hold the yacht

Each guest pays their own share by link. Not ready yet? The group holds the yacht for 72 hours.

Why it pays

Guests book while they’re still excited.

What changes when guests can book on their own.

  1. 01

    More visitors book.

Guests see the price, pick the week and hold the yacht on the spot. Fewer leave to ask someone else.

  2. 02

    Every booking is worth more.

The chef’s menu, water toys and transfers are added while guests plan, not chased by email after they’ve booked.

  3. 03

    Less time on email.

The page answers price, dates and routes, so you only talk to guests who are ready to book.

How we work

From your fleet to your first booking.

  1. We map your fleet.

Yachts, prices, seasons, routes and extras, from what you already use.

  2. We design your booking page.

Around your company, your yachts and the way you sell.

  3. We connect it.

To your fleet data, so availability and prices stay up to date.

  4. We launch and look after it.

Updates whenever you need them, and improvements every season.

FAQ

Good questions.

Can everything be customized?

Yes. What you see here is an example of what we can build. Yours is made around your company: your yachts, prices, routes, extras, design and the way you take bookings.

Do we have to show our prices?

No. Show exact prices, “from” prices, or none at all and let guests ask for a quote on their week. You decide, yacht by yacht.

What about the brokers we work with?

The page is for the guests who find you directly, so your work with brokers carries on as it is. You choose which yachts guests can book and which go to an enquiry instead.

Can guests pay online?

If you want them to. Guests can pay a deposit by card, each paying their own share, or hold the yacht for 72 hours while you send the contract the way you do today.

What stops a yacht from being booked twice?

Everything runs from one calendar. A held week comes off the page straight away, and if the hold runs out, it goes back on by itself.

Can we change prices and extras ourselves?

Yes. Seasons, prices, extras and availability are yours to update whenever you want, without calling a developer.

Is it only for crewed charters?

No. We set it up for crewed, bareboat or day charters, for one yacht or a whole fleet, in the languages and currencies your guests use.

How long does it take?

It depends on your fleet and what you need. You get a clear timeline and price in the proposal, before you commit.
